Inside Sales

Rightsize is seeking a self-motivated, energetic Inside Sales person to join our winning business development team in Chicago, Illinois. You will work in conjunction with the Business Development Manager and Marketing Team.

Success in this position is found in generating and qualifying future new business sales opportunities, scheduling meetings for the implementation teams and the development, implementation and on going maintenance of the company’s database of clients and prospects.

Key Accountabilities:
- Lead Generation and Qualification
- Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities for all service lines
- Telephone solicitation via outbound sales calls to qualify leads and sell available assets
- Deliver targeted direct mail and email campaigns
- Quickly learn our demographic and craft the appropriate script / talking points to approach each individual
- Maintain Company Sales Databases
- Generate a written report of qualified sales leads on a daily basis

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in inside sales
- Proven track record in customer engagement
- Demonstrated ability to produce results while working autonomously
- Strong Interpersonal and Presentation Skills
- Good Written and Communication Skills

Technical Skill:

- Technology requirements- CRM, Broadcast email software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, graphic design software
